UTM:Open Telehealth Remote Patient Monitoring allows safe, completely HIPAA compliant communication of a patient’s health to streamline treatment regimes, follow up with patients, and communicate with other healthcare professionals. The application integrates with Open TeleHealth and with the patients bluetooth enabled devices to record any number of health metrics. Acceptable measurement changes and limits are also recorded on a per-patient basis.
